The Shuttle Vertical Lift Module is an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an extraction platform, and a series of computerized push button controls. With this lift module, operators are able to stay in one place while the module delivers items to an ergonomic workstation.
The module features over 50 tray sizes and organizes parts, tools, or other items into a single, densely packed module. It also performs all locating, retrieving, and recording. This module is well suited for tooling, general warehousing, and central storage on the production floor.
Features of the module also include stand-alone installation, intuitive controls, a locking tray feature, shelf blocking, and a variable speed extractor. The module travels at speeds of 138-ft/minute, has a weight capacity of 550 to 2,200 lb per tray, and a maximum payload of 44,000 lb and 88,000 lb.
