TNT Express Launches Brand Campaign To Showcase Company Values And Services
TNT, leading provider of global express and logistics services, today announced it has launched a brand advertising campaign to demonstrate the company's dedication in delivering packages to customers across the globe, regardless of location and the size or weight of the consignment.
Entitled "It's our business to deliver yours", the campaign is running in the Netherlands and Germany this month, with the UK and France following later in the year. It is TNT's first international brand advertising initiative in over seven years and is designed to reflect the company's mission to exceed customers' expectations in the transportation of consignments around the world.
The campaign will utilise print, billboard, radio, TV and online advertising to highlight the range of services offered to organisations of all sizes. Each advert communicates a different element of TNT's capability and illustrates the care that the company takes in delivering on behalf of its customers.
"The campaign aims to demonstrate who we are, what we do and how we do it, using advertising across several mediums to new and existing customers" commented Andrew Huestis, Director of Marketing Communications, TNT Express.
The campaign introduces a new graphical element in the advertisements: packaging tape. This allows for tailored campaign messages – which can easily be translated into local languages - to be displayed on the adverts, whilst the use of tape is associated with the transportation business. While the creative photography – including dog skeletons, medical samples, road blocks – illustrate TNT's capabilities and some of its customers' businesses, the packaging tape communicates the message of business care.
"TNT Express is renowned for being able to deliver anything, anywhere and at any time and it is important that we communicate this message to new and existing audiences. The campaign will focus on the passion and pride we take in serving customers and will use the visual medium of advertising to illustrate the premium quality of our services," continued Huestis.
As the campaign begins to engage external audiences, TNT Express is using a variety of tools – including a launch pack, presentations, videos and the intranet – to re-inforce the campaign messages amongst employees. The campaign has already generated a great deal of enthusiasm with TNT's internal audiences.
