The Subsidiary Railroad Companies consist of nine shortline railroads located in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, and Indiana; Carrier Express, a flatbed trucking company; BETHTRAN, Inc, a truck management company; and BethIntermodal, Inc., a marketing company.
The Subsidiary Railroad Companies is recognized as industry leaders in safety. Over the years, our railroads have won nineteen E. H. Intermodal Terminal
The BethIntermodal terminal debuted in September 1999 and is located only a few blocks from the Route 412/Interstate 78 interchange in Hellertown, PA. The 60-acre terminal is currently handling approximately 50,000 lifts a year.

Carrier Express, Inc., which was established in 1985, is a flatbed, common carrier trucking company, providing transportation services in the 48 states and Canada. Carrier's largest customer base is the steel industry. Trucks are dispatched from regional terminals that include Lake Station, IN, Baltimore, MD and Toledo, OH among others.
