Over the last several years, Boyle Transportation has developed and maintained an integrated information system to ensure the highest standards in customer service and operational efficiency. This application software was developed in­house, using proprietary algorithms, to effectively manage operations and provide the most accurate in­transit visibility possible to our customers. The system harnesses the power of our satellite-based mobile data communications system by linking position information with truck schedule and shipment information, closely tracking shipment status changes and monitoring ETAs to ensure time-definite deliveries.

Electronic commerce capabilities include Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), E-Mail and Internet shipment tracking. Customers may choose to receive notification of delivery or shipment status changes via telephone, fax or e-mail. Additionally, we can customize information flows to respond to unique customer requirements.
