Strategic Expansion Continues At Rapidly Growing 3PL: OH Logistics Adds Seven New Business Development Leaders
With a pace even quick for the fast moving logistics industry, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has expanded its market presence. OH Logistics has announced the addition of seven senior business development leaders, with the appointments going to some of the industry's most successful executives. This latest round of additions follows previous announcements of numerous management and senior management appointments since Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a New York-based private equity investor, acquired a majority stake last year.
The seven new business development leaders are:

- Joe Maggio, regional sales manager

Tess Alterbaum joins the company from E*fill America and is based in New Jersey. She has a BS in Political Science from State University of New York. Tess has served on the WERC board of directors and has 23 years of industry experience.
John Bollman returns to OH Logistics from Total Warehouse (now Greatwide Logistics) and is located in Dallas, Texas. He has a BA from Purdue University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He is a member of CSCMP, WERC and IWLA.
David Carpenter joins the OH Logistics team from National Distribution Centers and will be operating out of Georgia. He brings 19 years of supply chain management experience to Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. Carpenter earned a BS degree from Auburn University with a major in Finance and minor in Accounting. He is an officer for the Atlanta Roundtable of CSCMP.
Lou Lambremont was formerly with TNT and is located in Florida. Lou has 11 years of industry experience. He holds a BA in Marketing from California State University.
Shawn MacCartey was most recently employed by Exel, Inc. and will also be located in Florida. He has a BS from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI.
Joe Maggio joins OH Logistics from Kuehne + Nagel and is based in Southern California. He has over 25 years of industry experience and has a BS in Business Administration from California State University in Long Beach.
Hollis Van Bockern joins OH Logistics from GATX and APL Logistics and will be working from the Chicago, IL area. Van Bockern has almost 30 years of industry experience. He is a member of CSCMP, served in the U.S. Army and has a BA from Adams State College.
