Webb's floor skid conveyors are a modular designed system that utilizes standard components and offers many options to meet your requirements.

The dual track design provides stable load handling, allows for in-line accumulation, and features modular design construction for easy installation.

We offer two drive options for our skid systems:
Traditional steel chain drive or our new vulcanized steel cord rubber belt drive. If steel chain is not required, our belt drive system provides a quieter, and lower maintenance drive alternative.

Both the chain-driven or belt-driven system can be used in the production and accumulation buffer applications.

Turntables
Automatic or manual-operated turntables can be designed to stop in any position your process may require. To enhance stability and smooth operation of our turntable, we have incorporated a reliable slewing ring bearing into the rotational design.

Roller Beds
The roller bed framework is constructed to accommodate the wide variety of mounting arrangements which may be required for production processes. This universal construction design affords easier interface with turntables, lifts, cross transfers, other conveyors or production equipment.

Lifting Devices
Vertical lifts are raised and lowered by mean of two extra-wide vulcanized steel cord rubber belts for quiet, high-capacity performance. The vertical lifting belts have a capacity rating that allows the load to be maintained by only one of two belts, if required.

Cross Transfers
Cross transfers designed to move loads horizontally to another conveyor, lift table, or other devices. Cross transfer units have chain or belt powered tracks on both sides of the conveyor.
