SimonDelivers has developed a best in class delivery platform that allows the business to operate one of the nation's most efficient home delivery services. Newly launched services include a "Get to Know your Neighborhood Service Representative ('NSR')" feature and target delivery time information that is updated in real time. The NSRs carry GPS-enabled Nextel phones that allow our system to track every delivery and traffic glitch, while dynamically updating the customer's targeted delivery time. While the online grocery industry has long used two-hour delivery time window commitments, SimonDelivers has proven, with 98% reliability, that it can deliver within plus or minus thirty minutes of the delivery time. "With each delivery, snowflake and traffic delay, we learn more about our routes -- enabling continued improvements in our planning, execution, and customer satisfaction," stated Mr. Servais.
