Logisight Reporting & Analysis ensures that critical knowledge in reports, messages, and original documentation are just a few mouse clicks away
Logisight Reporting & Analysis ensures that critical knowledge in reports, messages, and original documentation are just a few mouse clicks away. It provides access to past shipping information from an on-line document archive. A system audit log is initiated when a document is originally generated, monitoring all changes made to the Bill of Lading document and all status changes throughout the cycle of the shipment. The audit log also indicates who modified the load information and when, as well as monitoring specific changes.
Using dynamic reporting functions, business intelligence can quickly be accessed on the number of shipments, average cost per trip, and average weight per trip. As well, the Reporting & Analysis module has a feature which facilitates monitoring and analysis of usage daily, weekly or monthly by truck-load (TL) or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and determines total shipping cost by carrier, supplier or consignee. The Reporting & Analysis module keeps clients informed so they can make the right decisions for business success.
Logisight Reporting & Analysis has the following benefits:
- Measures and controls outsourced activities and monitors metrics such as carrier performance, cost per mile, cost per hundred-weight, average weight per shipment, average charges by carrier and total charges by carrier and transport type
- Acts as a management tool to internally plan resources and monitor performance of community partners, with the ability to measure and mange employee productivity
- Helps customers achieve new levels of efficiency by identifying performance levels for carriers and providing detailed on-going activity indicators
- Monitors customer service levels based on metrics such as on-time shipment variances.
