Phoenix Logistics LLC ("Phoenix Logistics") is providing warehouse and transportation management services for Pretium, creating new warehousing jobs in the former Maytag plant. Illinois' Senator Fowler and Representative Severin were instrumental in orchestrating the deal.

The industrial complex located at 410 East Lyerla Drive in Herrin, Illinois has an additional 460,000 square-feet of space available for lease or third-party contract warehouse services.
