Automatic Case Palletizers have been designed to be cost-effective primarily for your single or dedicated line operation. They function by first entering the infeed conveyor. Next, they are oriented to form the desired pallet pattern. As each row is formed, it is placed on the stripper plate until a layer is formed. After the layer is formed the plate is retracted, and then the layer is deposited onto the waiting pallet. This is repeated until the load is completed.
