New for 2001, the Osa-Lator Indexing Table now offers inverted and sideways mounting options for all models. Developed in response to customer requests, the new mounting options provide even more flexibility to systems integrators and end users involved in the development of robotic work cell systems for applications such as waterjet cutting, welding, deburring, and material handling, among others.

Osa-Lator index tables are available with load capacities ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 pounds with indexing times between 1.5 and 4.0 seconds. Available in standard and low profile heights, all Osa-Lator models boast a patented mechanical orbital-lok drive system which provides ramped acceleration-deceleration, accurate stopping within ±0.002" and is naturally self-locking.

The table's unique design features a quick change tooling system for increased flexibility. The two integral tooling modules are each secured by retractable clamps and can be changed in less than a minute. A 4.5" diameter opening through the table's center column allows access for cabling and hoses to connect with the tooling positions. Shielding is also provided to keep out weld splatter and other contaminants.

Osa-Lator robotic indexing tables are distributed in the U.S. through Fork-Levator Inc., Niagara Falls, New York and in Canada through Trans-Quip Inc., Grimsby, Ontario. Please visit www.osalator.com for additional technical product information.
