Multi-wrap Shrink Wrap Machines

The Multi-Wrap line of high-performance shrink-wrap machines is designed to wrap groups (2 to 24) of unsupported product. It offers the ability to handle a wide variety of products along with a wide speed range for high product throughput and reliability.

The machine is available in three models with speeds ranging from 0 to over 100 cycles/min. In addition, the machines' bundle count output can be multiplied with the manufacturer's multiple stream option. The machines accurately meter films and wrap products without heat seal bars and use clear film with an optional printed film capability. Features also include an adjustable height wrapping wand for different product heights, a cantilevered wrapping wand for tabletop accessibility, overload protection to prevent possible damage to products or machine parts, and variable speed drives on conveyor systems and wrapping and tunnel sections. The machines also feature a modular design of heat tunnel to fit production and film requirements.

The machines provide packaging that is recyclable and water-resistant to assure that products reach the consumer secure and clean.
