J&T Express Establishes MENA Headquarters In Saudi Arabia And Signs Memorandum Of Understanding To Create Largest Smart Logistics Industrial Park In Region

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia /PRNewswire/ - J&T Express, an international express logistics company, announced today on LEAP that it intends to establish its MENA regional headquarters in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to build the largest industrial park for intelligent logistics in the region together with eWTP Arabia Capital and other partners.

LEAP Summit, taking place February 1-3, 2022 in Riyadh, is a leading global technology conference in Saudi Arabia with over 700 emerging technology start-ups. Jet Lee, Founder and Chairman of J&T Group, delivered a keynote speech via video and announced that J&T Express intends to set up its MENA regional headquarters in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and build the largest intelligent logistics industrial park in the build area. Representing the Government of Saudi Arabia, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with J&T Express and eWTP Arabia Capital on the Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park project. By signing the project, J&T Express commits to nurturing employees, investing in advanced technology and equipment, and building the largest intelligent logistics industrial park in the MENA region over the next decade, making Saudi Arabia a global hub and strategic operations center for the entire regional market. The logistics park includes world-class sorting centers, automated warehousing systems, air freight terminals, e-commerce industrial parks and modern industrial parks.
