Sedlak coordinates all vendor activities to assure successful integration of multiple, often overlapping processes. Using the "Four T's" process, Sedlak directs this complex and dynamic process, measuring progress and keeping the team focused:

Testing - essential in delivering a functionally correct system -- is also used as a tool to track the vendor's progress, making sure systems are delivered on time and within budget.

Training - at this point, the people who will actually be using the new system or those who will interface with it from other areas of the business may know little or nothing about it . Sedlak plans the training program to successfully hand over the responsibility for the new system, then follows through by managing or conducting the initial training sessions.

Team building - involves not only vendors but also your own employees. If you need assistance defining the structure of the new organization or writing job descriptions, we can help.

Transition - challenges range from physical placement of equipment and systems to relocation of inventory to securing temporary staff. Much falls under the heading of "post go-live" support, making certain that your systems continue to function smoothly.

The result: a facility or system implemented on time and within budget - and as close as possible to the original vision way back when the project first got under way.
