Operations/Logistics:
The customer will receive a complete project plan, detailing costs, equipment and staffing requirements. It will assess your merchandise mix, distribution and spacing requirements, providing the customer with an optimized flow of merchandise within your facility.

Information Systems:
The customer will also receive a detailed software requirements definition document, which can be used to make necessary modifications to whatever software that is chosen to support the operation.
