Freight Company Entrusts iPad Management To Enterprise Mobile
A transportation and logistics company wanted to equip its sales team with iPads to help them effectively use Salesforce.com wherever they travel, as well as access other valuable resources over the web and email.
Enterprise Mobile has begun rolling out iPads to the company's sales staff, handling all the tasks needed to provide fully configured devices. Technicians loaded the Salesforce.com application, as well as the AirWatch mobile device management solution.
To ensure the success of its iPad initiative, the company has contracted Enterprise Mobile to take on responsibility for procurement, deployment, depot (replacement), help desk support, mobile operator services, and ongoing mobile device management administration for the tablets.
