Fork Truck Lift
The design features of Handling Specialty's Excalibur fork truck service lift allow for faster servicing of Class 2 vehicles. The lift incorporates a low-grade ramp for driving low-profile vehicles onto the service lift. Hydraulic actuation allows the Excalibur lift to operate quickly in high volume environments where fleets are large and/or preventive maintenance checks are frequent and brief in duration. Specialty bars for ergonomic servicing of Class 2 vehicles are also available from the manufacturer in addition to the basic Excalibur unit.
The portable Excalibur lift provides a safe unobstructed platform for faster, more productive servicing of lift trucks weighing up to 20,000 lbs. This is one of the few lifts that allows 100% access to all rolling parts including the tires, brakes, wheel bearings, steering and differential. Safety features include mechanical automatic safety locks every 1 ¾", toe guard, non-skid deck, and extended hose life.
Incorporated in 1963, Handling Specialty is a private company with corporate headquarters located in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. Primarily serving the North American market, manufacturing facilities are found in both Canada and the United States (Niagara Falls, New York). One of two Handling Specialty divisions, the Engineered Product Group (EPG) has developed a distinctive reputation for its innovative, engineered-to-order, lifting solutions. The Standard Products Group (SPG) distributes robotic indexing tables, fork truck service lifts, lift and tilt tables, Joyce Screw Jacks (in Canada only), work positioners and moving systems. Since requests for modifications to standard products are not uncommon, SPG depends upon EPG's professional engineering support.
