Ergonomic Stockpiler and Rider

Crown Equipment Corp.eries TSP Turret Stockpicker is designed to boost efficiency by offering turret truck capacity for full pallet loading and stockpicker productivity for order picking.

Truck features (pictured here) include a capacity of 3,000 lb, lifting heights to 45 ft, and a design that allows the operator to work both sides of the aisle without turning around. The truck has full electric steering, interlocking controls, and diagnostics that record service history for planned maintenance. It also has a "man-up" design, which means that forks and loads are always within a few feet of the operator's eye level.

Also available is the RC300 Series Stand-up Counterbalanced Rider, which is designed to enhance operator comfort and visibility levels, and productivity in tight areas.

According to the manufacturer, features such as a lowered power unit and a contoured top cover profile provide the operator with a more natural movement when maneuvering in and out of the truck's compartment. The rider also has a repositioned tilt cylinder mounting to give the operator improved forward visibility.

The truck also features a suspended floorboard and break pedal design intended to cushion the operator against vibration and shock. The rider has lifting heights of over 22 ft and capacities to 4,000 lb.
