Applications 3.1 is the latest version of this company's business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce application suite that enables users to employ the Internet to manage a supply chain. The software connects suppliers, business partners, customers, and global organizations throughout the enterprise, including all levels of a users internal management.

Using a standard browser format, the software can integrate and present a complete view of the fulfillment process and supply chain that links suppliers and customers with all available information. According to the manufacturer, it does so in a way that requires no ERP/CRM/ Shop Floor Control or WMS expertise to gain value from the system. This new version provides a link to CRM (CRM combines sales, marketing, and customer service) with the manufacturer's e-business supply chain management application.
