Powerdrawer drawer storage system is designed to combine the organization and protection of modular drawer storage with the high speed and space savings of a vertical automated storage and retrieval system.

The system is made up of a self-contained cube up to 40-ft high that holds 198 drawers and has a total system capacity of 64,000-lb. Drawer sizes measure 38- × 99-in., 53- × 99-in., or 68- × 99-in. Drawer support heights are adjustable to accommodate load heights from 3.5- to 25-in., and every drawer accepts all modular drawer accessories.

The system supports bar code scanning or tool control inventory systems, and can be connected to an external PC or host. The system can be expanded at any time with additional modules.

The system provides an average delivery time of 18-sec or less and includes an adjustable keyboard that controls all system functions.
