DAT-MAIL EDITOR 2.50

This version of DAT-MAIL lets you do everything you need for mail production, postal documentation and electronic acceptance. Not only does it import and view MAIL.DAT files but it also provides dozens of production reports, postage statements and 8125's, tray and sack tags, pallet placards, and bundle slips. Not only can you view the data but make changes to it as well and even use the exclusive "Quick Plan" feature to quickly do volume based drop ship entry plans. Quick-Plan is perfect for mailers that use consolidators to transport their drop shipped mail. DAT-MAIL EDITOR 2.50 even allows First Class and Standard A Manifest Mailers view and print Floating Batch Manifests. Here are just a few of the uses for DAT-MAIL EDITOR 2.50:

  • Remotely print your postal documentation. Print tray and sack tags, pallet placards, presort reports, postage statements and Standardized Qualification reports can be remotely printed when your data processing is done in one facility and your mailing is done at another.

  • Allows transportation companies to efficiently provide their entry plans to mailers. After the mailer's MAIL.DAT file is used to generate an entry plan as part of a pool, it can be modified and sent back to the mailer where DAT-MAIL can provide revised mailing documentation, postage statements and 8125's.

  • Partial Mailing Management. Allows management of large mailings that drop over several days or last-minute partial mailings. DAT-MAIL's Mailing Progress Report lets you see what has and has not been mailed at any time.
