Originally designed to meet OSHA standards for fire extinguisher mounting height, the new Column Sentry FE column protector allows items to be mounted at reachable heights while still protecting interior building columns from forklift collisions.
This product is available in both 8S (8- × 8-in.) and 12S (12- × 12-in.) sizes, and features an 8- × 10-in. cutout, allowing extinguishers up to 24-in. tall to be hung from the column when installing column protectors.
Additional items that may be mounted on columns include electrical outlets, electrical panels, telephone equipment, or other items mounted at that height that need protection.
