Cannagistics, Inc., Gives Corporate Update And Defines New Strategy

Cannagistics, Inc. (the "Company" or "Cannagistics") announces that is continuing its development of the Global3pl and AFX (American Freight Xchange) Freight Logistics Supply Chain software platforms. The Company has decided to focus on a total North American global supply chain initiative with Corporate offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Hauppauge, New York.

Along with the current software and SAAS platforms being developed by the Company (such as Global3pl, AFX, and our UrbanX platform), that are all in the final stage of development, negotiating with a total supply chain provider that focuses on forward logistics, reverse supply chain/logistics (consumer returns), e-commerce fulfillment, recovery and inventory asset management. All of these services focus on the total global supply chain for manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers as well as e-commerce and e-tailers in the fulfillment and ultimate "last mile" supply of goods.

Our plan is for the logistical supply chain eco-system using our multiple digital platforms will help all of the manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce, and e-tailer providers gain maximum efficiency with the management of their inventories, sales returns management (reverse-logistics), and the ultimate "last-mile" delivery to the consumer.

The Company is exploring these multiple options and will outline plans for any execution or transaction with any new providers, or potential new partners in the upcoming weeks, as the information becomes available. With the Company in our new endeavors, the planned outcome would be the Company would have operations with locations predominantly in the United States and Canada in the coming year of 2021.

If these discussions materialize and reach a mature stage, further details and financing plans would be released in the 4th Quarter of 2020 and would expect to be executed in the 1st Quarter of 2021. Further details will be released as appropriate.
