ATC Logistics & Electronics Names Antony Francis VP and General Manager for OEM Services

ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE), a subsidiary of Aftermarket Technology Corp. (ATC), recently announced Antony Francis has joined the division as vice president and general manager of OEM services. Francis leads the strategy and oversees all operations functions for ATCLE's OEM customers, which include some of the biggest names in high value electronics devices.

Prior to joining ATCLE, Francis was president and COO of Plan Express, Inc., a document management, printing and logistics solutions company serving the construction industry. Previously, he served as acting COO of NewRoads, Inc., a catalog and e-commerce fulfillment provider.

Formerly, he was vice president of worldwide customer operations at PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences, where he was responsible for driving supply chain excellence to PerkinElmer customers.

As vice president of Global Operations at SciQuest.com from 1999 to 2001, Francis engaged and directed the global back-office operations of the scientific Internet marketplace. After serving seven years in FedEx's finance division, Francis was vice president and general manager of the Logistics, Electronic Commerce and Customer Services Division for Federal Express' European, Middle Eastern and African headquarters.

Francis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Institute of Transport and Logistics, and a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. He participates actively in the Global Supply Chain Management Advisory Board at the Kenan Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and is a Member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) in Atlanta. Francis also sits on the board of Opera Memphis.
