Designed To Meet Your Needs
AssetWIN's multiple inventory feature lets you control how assets are managed. When performing an Asset Inventory, items are tagged with a bar code number and tracked at the individual asset level. AssetWIN's Product Inventory manages product by like description, eliminating the need to tag each item.

With AssetWIN's multiple database feature you can quickly set-up separate inventories to manage specific asset groups. For example, you may start using AssetWIN to manage technology assets, but later determine other departments have asset management needs. Without investing in additional software, simply create a new database for groups such as office and telephone equipment, artwork, furniture or consumable supplies, etc. Each inventory is password protected to provide data autonomy. History transactions are also maintained, providing a detailed audit trail on activity.

AssetWIN lets you define what information you track. Is employee ID, serial number, department or division important? Do you need to track purchase orders and vendors on new asset additions? On asset disposals, do you need to know a disposal status, indicating if the item was sold, donated, or scrapped? AssetWIN's unlimited attribute fields put you in control. User attributes are also supported in DataCAP for electronic data captured in the field, eliminating redundant key entry tasks.

AssetWIN provides two reporting tools, including an internal report writer for creating custom reports and data exports. Eliminated is the need to purchase, and learn a complex, external report writer so many other systems require for report generation.

For special needs in managing contract furniture, AssetWIN supports the import and export of SIF files created when product was ordered. This unique feature eliminates the need to re-specify product, eliminating errors and increasing data accuracy. It also facilitates product analysis using the AssetWIN Workstation and Reserve modules, designed to maximize product reuse.
