FreightQuest™ has been established as a new subsidiary of Cummins Engine Company.

Although manufacturing of engines is still the mainstay of Cummins, software and information technology have become of strategic importance to the company's future vision. To help fulfill this vision, in 1997, Cummins put in motion an aggressive technology development program to provide leading-edge solutions for the motor freight industry through its FreightQuest™ division.

FreightQuest™'s mission is to develop, market, implement and support technology-based fleet management systems to the North American trucking industry. The company aggressively recruits professionals from both the technology and the trucking industries to maintain a team of capable experts who can work with fleet managers to define and implement business solutions.

FreightQuest™'s main offices are located in Windham, New Hampshire.
