One of the ways we've been successful in achieving our business goal is through demand-focused logistics. Back in 1979, when demand-focused marketing was a distant notion, Daymark saw and seized an opportunity for a leading fast-food poultry chain. We devised an innovative program for substantially reducing costs of distribution, while simultaneously providing a fresher, highly-superior poultry product to consumers in 450 fast food restaurants throughout the Southwest. The operation was so successful that it remains in place today.
