Lift & Dump Container Dumper
Designed to discharge 1,000 lb. containers into a 10' high receiving bin. Unit required floor loading and was designed to discharge various size gaylord boxes of marshmallow "marbits".
CUSTOM FEATURES :
Dumper included a custom 304 stainless steel pour chute with a #4 polished finish. Pour chute included a custom hold down system to allow for different size gaylords. Dumper was designed for 135 degree rotation, with a 45 degree angle of discharge.
The hydraulic fluid and grease are both FDA/USDA approved for incidental food contact.
The unit had a custom designed tubular frame with capped and angled ends and continuous welds for full wash down construction. The unit was sand blasted near white, primed and painted with an FDA approved white food grade epoxy. NEMA 4X electrical design with stainless steel push button operator station included both manual and PLC controlled operation. Other features included a wash down enclosure for the motor, pump and hydraulic manifold and valves, stainless steel stand offs, stainless steel hydraulic lines, Allen Bradley components and a Reliance XEX wash down duty motor.
