The NCI Model 1230 Direct Thermal MiniPrinter is low-noise, high-speed dot matrix mini-printer. The printer is well suited for use in industries that include weighing and measurement, automotive, health care, security and retail equipment manufacturers.

The printer is designed to supply printouts of diagnostic reports, test results, weights and measurements, audit trails and point of sale receipts at a resolution of 203 dpi with printing speeds up to 50mm/sec (25mm/sec for graphics). The device is equipped with six standard barcode symbologies and has full graphics capability for logos, pictures or icons from downloadable bitmapped graphics. Printer paper loading is automatic and media paper size is 2.25-in. × 2.75-in. (W×D).

The unit measures 4.5- × 5.0- × 2.2-in. (W×L×H), making it well in applications where space is limited. The printer has a 120 VAC/60 Hz external power supply and an RS-232 port.
