Data Collection Advantage (DCA) software for supply chain execution is designed to enable users to create bar code applications ranging from simple data collection to advanced execution systems without custom programming.
This configurable, web-enabled system ranges from packaged ERP products such as SAP, MAPICS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and others, to highly customized applications for more unique requirements. The software incorporates Windows NT, ODBC, and client/server, enabling communication with the organization's data collection network and existing databases, and providing real-time information to host business systems.
The software combines MRP II, JIT, Quick Response, and EDI with the technologies of bar code, radio frequency (RF), and client/server to provide users with applications such as:
