Astea FieldCentrix: FX Interchange
FX Interchange software provides data transporting services that allow enterprises to quickly and easily integrate FieldCentrix Enterprise to existing legacy and business systems – to get the most value from your field data. FX Interchange converts data stored in the FX Service Center knowledge base to XML (eXtensible Markup Language) or a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0/2000 database. Once converted, the data are easily accessible in other systems for basic billing and payroll extraction, and extensive bi-directional integration purposes to support the needs of an accounting, call center, or service dispatch integrated solution.
