Webb's exclusive Wide Wing™ design trolleys and lug channel track provide smoother conveyor to conveyor transfers, increased load stability, and a stronger track section than other manufacturers. Load capacities range up to 20,000 lbs (10,000kg).
Overhead Systems
Overhead Power & Free conveyors are especially useful in complex production, assembly, and finishing operations that demand a continuous supply of materials at each work station.
High chain speeds keep work flowing at all times, increasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The continuous, rapid movement of materials also means fewer total carriers are required, resulting directly in reduced overall cost.
Inverted Systems
Inverted Power & Free conveyors utilize pedestal-type carriers to move materials through your system. This offers virtually 360 degree product accessibility - perfect for robotics assembly, painting, and other clean room operations. Also by locating all support and conveyance hardware beneath the product, contamination by falling debris is virtually eliminated.
These cost-effective systems offer significant savings through reduced structural and carrier costs - as well as by eliminating the need for expensive transfer equipment generally used with floor conveyors. Systems can be designed using on-the-floor, flush-in-floor, or elevated configurations to accommodate your specific situation.
