NFI Recognized As Leader In Sustainability

Leading third party logistics provider, NFI, received the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo Fleet Award for Shippers & Carriers.

The award, presented during the ACT Expo Fleet Awards on May 4, 2016, recognizes a forward-thinking, clean transportation collaboration between two organizations. The fleet awards are the ultimate recognition of fleet operators who show true leadership in sustainability in their transportation operations.

Since 2013, NFI has partnered with a large home improvement retailer to implement natural gas truck fleets across the country, their first located in Texas. The pair has also advocated for natural gas service stations, allowing for expansion of the natural gas fleet locations.
