Honeywell's New ''Service Made Simple'' Offers Customers Comprehensive, Affordable Repair

Honeywell recently announced its new Service Made Simple repair service program a package focused on providing high quality device repair coverage with rapid turnaround for all Honeywell’s handheld scanners and Dolphin Mobile Computers.

A key benefit of Service Made Simple is its comprehensive coverage. Under the program, devices will be repaired by qualified Honeywell technicians for any problems due to normal wear-and-tear or accidental breakage including parts and labor. In addition, Honeywell guarantees three-day service turnaround and overnight return shipping to ensure customers have the devices back in service quickly and performing at maximum capacity. Value-added maintenance is also an integrated component of the program, guaranteeing that all devices sent for service will automatically receive any pending engineering changes, such as firmware upgrades, at no extra cost.
