Dossier' software comes in four well rounded editions because each fleet has its own individual needs. This means that you don't have to settle for a program that offers too much or too little. Rather you can get the bundle of features and functionality you really want and need without "computer overkill."

Each of the editions is up-gradable to the next larger edition without loss of data. When you upgrade, you receive full credit for your current edition and your only cost is for the difference in edition fees.

FOUR EDITIONS - ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOUR FLEET
PLATINUM EDITION- This is our most popular edition. It's a well rounded program for fleets who want a full featured system to control the equipment. It includes automatic costing of parts and labor, a self maintaining parts inventory tracking system with purchase orders, vendor tracking, mechanic productivity and driver records. It comes with one year of toll free user support and program update services.

GOLD EDITION - This foundation edition is ideal for the average fleet who wants to control all the basic elements of fleet operations but who doesn't need parts inventory, labor productivity, driver or part vendor control. It includes one year of toll free user support and program update services.

SILVER EDITION - This edition is meant for use by smaller fleets of under 50 total units. Similar in features as the Gold edition, it provides great basic fleet control small fleets need. It includes 90 days of free user support. Extended user support and program update services may be purchased separately.

ENTERPRISE EDITION - This fleet software is our multi-user edition and it's meant for large fleets who have multiple fleet locations and want them all working the same program on one centralized database. As each of this type of client's needs and requirements are unique so we address them individually.
