eRequest collects, approves and fulfills requisitions via the Internet. Any authorized employee can enter requisitions quickly and easily, then review and update open requisitions any time, from any Internet browser. This effectively eliminates unnecessary calls to Purchasing, saving time and money on both ends. As each line on the requisition is entered, the users is told whether the item is in stock, or must be purchased. When the requisition is complete, eRequest automatically asks for approval via email from designated authorized approvers, who can issue instant approval with a single click, triggering a reply email to the originator.
