Despite An Airport Strike, Marken Preserves The Data Chain

Marken collected a shipment from southern Sweden that was bound for next-day delivery in northern Belgium. However, all airline flights into Belgium were cancelled as a result of a strike action by airport workers.

Marken arranged for a dedicated driver to take the shipment from southern Sweden to Copenhagen, Denmark. The consignment was placed on a flight from Copenhagen to Amsterdam, Holland. From that point, Marken arranged for priority recovery in Amsterdam and a driver was on standby to collect the sample when it arrived. The shipment was then moved by dedicated vehicle from Amsterdam to the destination in northern Belgium.
