Chicago, IL (PRWEB) - DashHaul.com, a Chicago-based tech company is set to launch their logistics industry changing web application by the end of January 2014.

DashHaul.com has created a “VLMA” (Virtual Logistics Management Application)—designed to automate and simplify operations for full truckload shippers and carriers in the U.S, Canada and Mexico. The application’s technology automatically matches a user’s shipment to a list of available carriers in real-time. DashHaul allows users to complete every operation involved in the full truckload shipping process online, without ever having to pick up the phone or send an email. The online marketplace will also contribute to the reduction of the carbon footprint the logistics industry leaves on the environment by reducing the number of “empty miles” carriers have to travel. In addition, DashHaul has implemented an Environmental Pioneer Program, (EPP), which places a priority on trucks that utilize Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and other environmental saving practices.

“The VLMA is a new concept for the full truckload market,” says Co-Founder of DashHaul.com Brian LeVert. “Although the industry is slowly transitioning to utilizing more technology, it’s an industry that is more facsimile than SMS; more stagnation than innovation. Shippers, carriers and brokers are accustomed to performing full truckload shipping operations a certain way. But these models are inefficient. They raise costs, create obfuscation and severely denigrate the underpaid carriers, who, by the way, transport goods that we all need. With these deficiencies in mind, we created DashHaul to be an easy-to-use system and designed it in a way where very little change has to be made to the way companies currently operate.”

“From the instant pricing tool for shippers and brokers, to the Take Me Home™ feature for the carriers—we are introducing cutting edge technology that does not exist in this industry.” LeVert continues, “This application was created for three purposes; to make operations in the full truckload market more efficient; to help boost the most important link in the supply chain-the carriers; and to positively impact the environment by reducing truckers’ carbon footprints. Words cannot begin to express how excited we are to release the VLMA to the industry.”

DashHaul.com is set to launch by the end of January 2014. The application will be free to use and everyone in the industry is encouraged to sign up at http://dashhaul.com.
