The device features an internal cartridge filtration system that allows the product to be completely retained within the production cycle, eliminating waste and dust. The bulk bag station's dust collection plenum features an easy access cartridge filter system, along with a reverse air pulse cleaning mechanism. The manufacturer states that it requires minimum dry air pressure for operation and is available in stainless or carbon steel construction.

A 1.5-hp regenerative vacuum blower with piping and bleed valves powers the device. Panel mounted controls are interlocked to turn the dust collection function on when the hopper low- level switch is uncovered or the access door is opened.

Also shown is the manufacturer's pipe lever scale (in yellow). It consists of a steel constructed frame with fulcrum lever assemblies at each of its corners, a lever arm, and a S-Beam single load cell attachment to accurately weigh the load mounted on the frame. The scale has a 10,000 lb capacity.
