In addition, Transportation.com customers will be able to use the AutoBid function, which automatically increases customer bids as necessary up to the maximum amount specified. This technology allows customers to raise bids and win auctions even when bidders are away from their computers.

PeopleSupport will provide online customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across all available online interactive channels. These channels include e-mail, one-to-one voice chats and real-time interactive text chats.
