New drivers undergo a comprehensive, on-site, function-specific training, including training in Hazardous Materials, by a US DOT certified instructor. The company also engages the services of a third-party safety consulting firm, which consults in ongoing DOT safety and related matters. Daily questions on function-specific operational issues by drivers are directed to their specific manager.
The company carefully manages inhouse, all aspects of local, national and international registration and compliance.

- 3 years minimum interstate driving experience,
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with HazMat endorsement,
- Motor vehicle record free of chargeable accidents,
- Department of Transportation (DOT) physical,
- Pre-employment and random drug screening
- No criminal violations.
Our professional drivers are all company employees. Additionally, all drivers have been granted DoD security clearances. Annual driver turnover rate is 10-15%, well below industry averages. Most referrals of prospective applicants come from current personnel. The company meets or exceeds all aspects of the Fair Labor Laws.
