Logisight Corp. and Cancom Extend Supply Chain Visibility
In a joint development initiative, Cancom Tracking Solutions and Logisight Corp. will extend track and trace to Shippers and Manufacturers with an online Internet facility to request real time routing information on their goods.
By registering with Logisight and utilizing the Logisight system for online bookings for transport of their goods, shippers can aggregate the tracking and tracing of their goods onto one system. With this unique Cancom/Logisight Internet enabled service, all loads booked on the Logisight system can be located to within an hour of pick up and delivery times.
Logisight has integrated with Cancom's Global Positioning Information to provide real time reports of load location on the Web. All the shipper needs in order to communicate with the Logisight system is a Web based browser available with most current operating systems.
