For example, many power units are equipped with freight containers, or dromedary boxes, to allow for separation of hazardous materials on one combination vehicle. Servicing our customers' needs with one truck rather than two keeps their costs down.
The latest in communications and safety technology (satellite-based mobile data communications, cellular phones, antilock brake systems (ABS), air-ride suspension) are standard specifications on all vehicles. Trailers include vans, flatbeds, double drop trailers, temperature-controlled vans and tautliner trailers. Over 20% of the company fleet is upgraded annually. Maintenance of equipment is kept in accordance with the highest standards in the industry. A Maintenance Information System helps to track preventive maintenance and repairs
