Bulk Bag Conditioning System

Material Transfer & Storage, Inc. announces the availability of a new BULK BAG CONDITIONING SYSTEM. Unit hydraulically compresses bulk bags to break up material which has hardened or developed lumps during transit and/or storage. Equipment can be custom engineered to accommodate your specific application requirements.

BULK BAG CONDITIONING SYSTEM (Project #3686-AR)

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Hydraulically compresses bulk bags to break up hardened material. System has two custom engineered "compression" plates mounted on opposing sides. Adjustable pressure switch settings to control compression. 1,500 psi hydraulic system with double acting cylinders for smooth, reliable operation. Bag hanger system facilitates the easy loading and unloading of bulk bags. 1 ton chain hoist and motorized trolley. Stationary, bolt-down frame constructed of rugged I-beam and structural carbon steel tube with capped ends and continuous welds. NEMA 12 controls featuring three position, keyed, selector switch.

DIMENSIONAL INFORMATION:
Unit: 72" wide x 176" long x 150" high Bags: 1,200-1,600lbs, 44" square x 35" high with 10" straps.
