DHL Honored By John Deere Achieving Excellence Program
DHL, the world's leading express delivery and logistics company, announced recently that it is an award winner at the John Deere's Achieving Excellence awards ceremony. DHL was honored for its role in JD CROP, the John Deere Cost Reduction Opportunities Process, a supplier suggestion program. DHL provided cost reduction suggestions which brought significant value to John Deere and its customers.

DHL achieved the highest ranking among logistics providers in JD CROP. DHL employees accepted the recognition during formal ceremonies held on February 19 in Davenport, Iowa.
DHL Global Forwarding is the preferred forwarder for John Deere for all U.S. air exports as well as U.S. inbound air and ocean freight. DHL Global Forwarding is also the exclusive customs house broker for John Deere. DHL Express is the preferred provider for all U.S. inbound and outbound small package shipments (up to 80 lbs.).
Suppliers who participate in the John Deere Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and responsiveness.
